inserted image disappear from cad drawing when location of image changed.

I have created a block to show the common detail of parts we manufacture but when I insert it into a drawing it is not correct.  It is showing huge center marks for the radii and some of the text or attributes are not in the correct location.  I created this block using AutoCad 2014.  It did not have these issues until I updated to 2019.  I would appreciate any help.  This is very frustrating.  Thank you.

PDMODE and PDSIZE are the variables which control the shape and size of points. See the links below for more information
