Images within a dynamic block

Hello, is it possible to have an image check with visibility state in a dynamic block or within AutoCAD in general?

Issue: I have a standard drawing border that I use over various various clients. What I would like to do is change visibility state or a field that changes the images automatically to a given client. If it could be done by field that would be extremely handy and I could then adopt the visibility state for the portrait and landscape.....

I trust the above makes sense, if you have alternative methods it would be appreciated.

I believe you can change what image is visible within a dynamic block using visibility states.  A change to a field value will not drive any parameter changes within a dynamic block.

Thank you for the reply Libbya.

I can change the visibility state of the image as noted, however I was hoping to place the images in an MS Excel file and reference then in via the lookup parameter. I am not sure this is possible? It certainly can be done for dimensions to manipulate blocks based on a lookup state, maybe not images. I want to create a drawing border with maximum flexibility, I suppose to only way would be to make the border dims a lookup to change from landscape to portrait? The image could then be a standard visibility state.

You can certainly add a visibility parameter to a lookup parameter and have the lookup change the state.

If you are able to drive changes to a lookup by changing field values (or any other method external to Autocad) I would like to know how.  I do not believe that is possible in stock Autocad.

Why go with visibility when you could use layers to freeze the images(use different layers for different images) which you don't need. I am  using the same method.
