How to put dynamic block with attributes in other block

Hello! 

I created a block (dwg) that contains only attributes with polar parameters and rotation actions.

I need this block as "reference block" which I want to add to other blocks that I have containing a symbol.

How do I do this? If I open a block with a symbol and just insert the attribute block, it does not work. It is like there are no attributes.

The only way it somewhat seemed to work is if I open the symbol block, insert the attribute block and break/explode it. The problem with that is, that the parameters and actions are gone. I can edit the attributes in the new symbol block, but it neither is a reference anymore, nor can I move the attributes around because the dynamics are gone.

How can I achieve adding a reference block of attributes to an existing block and keep the dynamic properties of the attributes?

You can't do it that way.

You can however insert your existing block into your reference block and then use the "SAVE BLOCK AS" drop down menu. See the images below
