Why not put associated dimensions in the block itself? Then every time you move an item the dimension will change.

If I understand right the OP @rajugundu157 , he wants to place dimensions between different block references (e.g. their base points?), similar as you can do with the QDIM command between line endpoints, arc/circle centerpoints and other geometry.
Unfortunately block references don't have dimension points which are allowed for the QDIM command.
And no, I don't know a quick solution. I only can imagine a solution via LISP. I'd suggest Raj Gundu should ask in a suitable forum.
