Hello,

How can I add another custom scale to the attached dynamic block (3/16"=1')?

Thanks,

It looks like it just uses a visibility state for each scale.  The lookup seems completely redundant.  Just delete the lookup, turn on the grip for the visibility states, move the grip where you want it, add another state, add the items you want visible.

the block You uploaded has a 3/16" scale already attached. I have not verified the scales are accurate. here is a block I use for scales. insert at the dimscale wanted, scale 48 for 1/4" etc.

Hello,

It would be great if somebody can show me the steps to add 3/64"=1' scale in the attached block as I am not very familiar with this.

Thanks.

The easiest way is exactly as I mentioned in the first reply in this thread which you consequently ignored even to the point of marking a different post as the solution.

^^^I made a mistake in the prior screencast.^^^

Instead of just editing the existing text objects, you should copy them, make the existing text objects invisible, edit the copies in the new state.
