Help to alter Dynamic Block

Can anyone help me?

I have a few changes to make to the attached dynamic block. But I simply can't work it out.

I need the following:

• Background Mask on X/Y Attributes
• Stretched line/leader to track left/right of text depending on which side the text is moved to.

Any anyone could help I'd be very grateful.

This seems to break when I insert it into my drawing. I have changed the block name before inserting. The block itself is no longer dynamic upon insertion.

Yes, but as soon as I copy it into my drawing, it breaks.

May be problems are with your drawing file not block? Try to copy in another file.

And please correct block - I forgot change for Polar parameter Number of grips to 1.
