Hardware schedule per page

I make a table for the hardware schedule and finish schedule that goes on my schedule page, but i want to include the hardware/finishes for each individual page on that page without having to copy/paste. I want to be able to change the hardware detail in one spot and have it update on the other areas.

You can use XREF to reference a main drawing where this information can be stored.

Does not sound like this is what I'm looking for.

I will try and explain a little better.

I have a schedule page that has something like this:

 

and on each individual page I want to be able to just have the finishes and hardware that are on that page like this:

and I was hoping to achieve this in a way that if any of the finishes or hardware changed I would only have to change it in one location.
