Help in crane boom length and radius - stretch and rotation parameters

Dear all,

I need to stretch and get radius dimension (horizontal). Please find attached dynamic block where stretch is working fine with horizontal dimension. While using rotation parameter, the horzontal dimension does not get stretched. 

Please help some one.
