Hatch in dynamic block not following rotating in drawing after redefinition

In attchment you can find my file. FOTO-RICHTING.dwg

This is a dynamic block

When I change this block  (with a hatch in it, that rotate with an action),  a little bit, and I will redefine it in a drawing.dwg, also in attachment. Then the hatch is not following the rotation, of the different existing blocks, that had already been made. (see also printscreen in attachm.)

Thanks for a possible solution.

I am not sure if I understand right what you do (or try to achieve) nor what you did ("When I change this block"?). As I can see in your drawing.dwg: some of your inserted blocks Foto-Richting look as they would be damaged - the hatch is  wrong placed. That can easily be "repaired":  Click at one of these block references and open the block editor. Do nothing but save the block definition. close the block editor and all is ok.
