Hatch in block resetting

I have been using dynamic blocks for a very long time and I am completely stumped as to why this particular hatch is not working.
I set it to "associative" but when I go to test the block is reverts to a non-associative hatch. The flip command is fine - it's when I stretch it that it doesn't stay associated.

Can anyone tell me what is going on with this block?

The issue at hand is that the hatch command appears to count the whole area of the other rectangle. If you go into the block editor and set your pickstyle to 3 and click the hatch it will highlight the hatch and the other polyline without the hatch.

In order to hatch that particular area and keep it associative, you will need to use LAYISO or Isolate Layers.

1. Open Block Editor

2. Select your polyline to isolate

3. Use "LAYISO"

4. It will only show that layer's lines

5. Apply the hatch

6. Use "LAYUNISO" to show all layers again before exiting the block editor

It should remain associative going forward
