Hatch cannot update automatically in dynamic block

Hello Experts,

I need to insert a dynamic block into the drawing, there is a hatch object in this dynamic block, and it has distance property as below:

when I insert it to new drawing by RealDWG V20.0 and changed its property distance, the result block reference as bottom picture, the hatch didn't update.  I' m using AutoCAD 2015. The attachment is the testing file.  Do you have any suggestions?  Thank you.

After I posted that I downloaded your block and tried. It stretches perfectly for me. See the attached drawing

Yes, it works fine when insert this block in manually, but I insert it by program(RealDWG). I attached a result file, this file created by RealDWG. The first looks the hatch is incorrect, but if I change the distance property from the properties panel , the hatch update immediately.

Have you tried to contact RealDWG support? Because when we insert it using AutoCAD it doesn't have any issue, the problem probably on the RealDWG.

I also think it's a RealDWG issue. I didn't contact RealDWG  support and I have not their contact infomation. Thank you.
