Grip points not moving with dynamic block stretch

Hello everyone,

I'm facing an issue while building a dynamic block in AutoCAD. I added a Linear Parameter with a Stretch Action, and everything looks correct — the geometry stretches as expected.

However, the grip point itself (the triangle grip for stretching) is not moving along with the stretched block geometry.

📌 What I did:

I used a Linear Parameter along the edge of the object.

I applied a Stretch Action, selected the correct parameter point (the midpoint of the linear parameter).

I defined the stretch frame correctly, and selected the geometry (including the grip arrow).

The stretch works — but the grip stays in the original place rather than following the new stretched edge.

📷 Attached is a screenshot showing the issue: the block stretches, but the grip point remains behind.

🧩 I tried:

Associating the Stretch Action with the correct point on the parameter.

Rebuilding the block.

Using both manual setup and Parameter Sets.

Is there something I’m missing?

Do I need to use a Move Action in parallel to move the grip point itself?

Thanks in advance for your reply

Check in the properties window if the Distance Multiplier of the Stetch Action is set to 1.

If that doesn't help I'm with Howard - post your block please.

Usually a stretch action works along (parallel) to the Parameter. Tell us what you expect, haw the block should wor, I'm irritated by your question.
