Does the error still occur if you redefine your block ?
1- Export and Import:
-Export the Block as a DWG using the WBLOCK command (Refer to the Video: Redefine Blocks Using Wblock/Insert)
-Insert this DWG into the drawing where you want to redefine the block using the INSERT command
-Upon the insertion you are prompted if you want to redefine the existing block (as it has the same name) with this new definition. Choose "Redefine Block"
