Dynamicblock could not be detected?

Hi,

I tried to download this drawing then test a few code to detect it was blockreference or dynamicblock, but every result returns blockreference.
I tried testing it with Arxdbg and it is!
Can someone explain for me why?

 I made a bit of a mistake.
Using the function isDynamicBlock () has helped me now.
