Dynamic with attribute + annotative blocks help

Hi there,

I am wondering if someone knows a good way of dealing with dynamics blocks with attribute that are also annotative.

I have attached the block for reference.

I would like the line length to be the same in every scale, with the option to be manually changed with dynamic properties.

Any ideas?

Here's a block idea:
Axis Block Definition = No Annotation Scale
Attribute = Annotation Scale
Extra Block for Circle
Circle Block = Annotation Scale
Assign all possible scales to the circle block in the axis block
Circle block with action not stretching but moving

After inserting the block (attribute) into the drawing, different scales can be added to the block using "OBJECTSCALE "

This way, the text always stays in the same place, even if the scale changes
