Dynamic text box issue

I have setup a block with 2 visual states.  It has a centered attribute and I want to make the boxes auto adjust based on the length of the text in the attribute. 

I have tried to use constraint parameters as that seem the most logical but I'm not having any luck.

The block is attached so you can see how I have it configured.

Any help is greatly appreciated

I have seen this question (or ones very much like it) pop up routinely.  As far as I know, there is not any way to link the length of the text to any dynamic actions or parameters.

That's what I have been seeing most of the morning looking around.  hopefully Autodesk could add some of that functionality into the dynamic blocks for us.

How many years ago did the post you see go back?

Methinks at least 5 years... Not a likely item for Autodesk to pick up.
