Dynamic Double Door Block

Hi everyone,

Would anyone know how to adapt the attached dynamic block - to add a range of opening angles for the door swings. I would like to add:

0  degress (closed)

30 degress

45 degress

90 degress

Many thanks in advance.

Go to block editor.

Open Block Authoring Palettes, Parameters Sets and select Rotation set. Follow command line instructions.

Specify Default rotation angle: 90 deg by pressing endpoint.

Specify New Selection Set: tall black rectangle.

Select your new Rotation Parameter and in Properties in Value Set set Ang type to List, Ang value list to 30,45,90.

Hi Slawomir - many thanks for your reply.

Unfortunately I am a complete novice with dynamic blocks and have tried
your instructions unsuccessfully.

Could you possibly add the rotation parameter in autocad and re-post the
updated block?

Thanks

Eoin

Here's a 14 minute screencast where I show how to add the 60° swing.  You can do the same for the 45, 30, and 0.  BACTIONBARMODE=0 shows the lighting bolts and allows you to add actions to the selection set of another action.  There's a thread where I posted a screencast on how to make the double-lookup tool.  Let me know if you get stuck.

Attached you will find block witch Rotation Set for left door. You can do similar for right door. Just look at Value Set (properties) of Rotation Parameter. Try, it's not hard.

Also see @Libbya comprehensive versatile screencast.
