Dynamic Door Block, AutoCAD for Mac. Door skews in Stretch or does not Stretch at all

I'm trying to create Dynamic Block for a Door that is open 30degrees. I just want to be able to change the width of the door (and of course the arc that goes with it). 

I am working in AutoCAD for Mac for context.

The only thing I can't get to work correctly in my original drawing is for the door itself to stay a rectangle, when I stretch it, it becomes a parallelogram (See second half of video in comments). I've see solutions that call for editing the override properties of the stretch to be independent, but that does not seem to be an option on Mac. 

In a separate drawing I can't get the door to stretch at all (See first half of video in comments).

The scaling of the arc is fine.

If you're using a flip action add the stretch action to the flip action.
