Dynamic Blocks-Paper space Template Creation

Hi,
I'm in need of solution for Paper space where i can create/past some Geometry in Model space tab
and as default it should be updated in Layout (Paper) space Tabs with specified Scale and Specifed Area which i would like to show in Paper space Layout with help of few view ports  may be creating a template maybe the solution but could anyone help me how to create it with some screen Cast and Dwg If any ther solution please let me know
Also i would like to know how we could use Dynamic blocks,Title box,Border in Paper space as default?
