Dynamic Blocks issues in LT2020

Hi Team,

Why do dynamic blocks not work on my bosses Autocad 2020 lite program, even when the are saved back to 2018?

it is not my computer nor do I have immediate access to it. I took a
picture with my phone earlier and this was the best I could do. I was just
hoping it was a setting he has not turned on, but it appears not to be that
simple.

I was hoping it was a setting issue, but of course it isn't. I do not have access to his computer, so I am done with this thread.
