Dynamic blocks dimension adjustment

Hi, I would be happy if someone can help adjust my block please. I have this block attached in DWG file. I need somehow to create a dynamic parameter that when I input a value into an attribute definition A and B the dimensions and the circle I marked would move respectively. For Now I just added a move parameter and adding the dimension manually.

In your block associate the dimensions with the lines. They will move automatically. See the link below

Thank you sir. I have managed to do that like you explained (DWG new is attached).

Is there a way I can move it not manually but by inserting a value in an attribute definition in the block?

So when i put 1.88 in the attribute the circle and the dimension will move to 1.88 from the line.
