dynamic block

I need a block where I can select two finite lines, each line must have an array (or something that works as such), with lines with specific dimensions (attachment 1) to its origin line, the lines must merge in the form as in attachment 1 too

I need to be able to select the size and angle of the "array" line between both lines (or similar as previously mentioned)

Are you expecting someone to make a dynamic block for you?  That isn't what this forum is for.  It is for helping people learn, not for doing their work for them.  I'd recommend watching some free youtube tutorial videos on dynamic blocks and when you are up to speed on the basics, report back with specific questions.

ok sorry for it, i'm brazilian and just trowed the text on the google translate, i just dont know how to make the two arrays to merge and make the block to work, just here for some explanation
again, sorry for it, its just that i'm over 3 weeks in this and all i got is this on the attachment
if you can just explain me how to merge the lines of the array together i would be extremely grateful
