Dynamic block with Stretch and Rotate attribute

Does anyone know what is wrong with this block?

I'm trying to get it to stretch and rotate but keep the attribute horizontal.  the attribute rotates and stays horizontal but does not stay in the right place.

When stretching at 90 or 270 the lines go horizontal instead of verticle.

The issue is caused by rotating the stretch actions.  When you rotate a stretch action, you dynamically alter its angle offset property.  In this case, the associated parameter is also rotated, so the combination causes the angle change to double.  I also fixed the attribute point/move issue.  See screencast.
