Dynamic Block With Rotate Align Text

I'm working on a border for our details that you can stretch all sides with the word "Not Used" and an "X". What i need is to be able to stretch the box and have the words "Not Used" follow the angle of the X in the box. Attached is what i have so far and any help would be greatly appreciated.
