Dynamic Block with "line stretch"

Hello,

I am looking to create an equipment tag dynamic block that will allow  you to "drag" a leadered line to a desired location.

One way to do it is as an Mleader Style Type MLS <enter> on the command line then hit new to create a new style. Hit the Contents tab and next to Mleader type select Block then select the Source block you want to use and the attachment type. To Use it type MLD on the command line.
