Dynamic Block Table using Visibility States like the attached video

i hope all be okay,

i was worked in dynamic block & i want more information about block table with visibility like this video

note: i know how to create dynamic block with parameters, visibility status & table block, but i can't visible & invisible blocks to  choose it same as below photo

The sub-menus appear when there are multiple columns in the block properties table and the selection of the first column does not yet determine the state.  At that point the sub-menu will appear for a selection, etc...  The following screencast demonstrates the way that the sub-menu will automatically appear when the initial selection does not determine the block state.
