Dynamic Block Stretch with Precise Increments Starting at 0m

I have a dynamic block of a jib where the smallest length is currently set to 2.5m, and I can stretch it to fixed lengths like 5m, 10m, 15m, etc. However, I want to modify the block so that it starts from 0m and allows precise stretching to any custom length, such as 21.6m, with increments as small as 0.1m. How can I achieve this in AUTOCAD?

I have attached the dwg.

Open the block in block editor, select the parameter, go to properties, set the Dist minimum to 0, set the Dist type to increment, set the Dist increment to 0.1.

The block that was attached did not have any minimum or list set for the linear parameter.

That's the way to do it.  If it doesn't work for you, then you are out of luck.
