I made the following screencast prior to your last post so I did not stretch the sinks with the wall, but that can also easily be done. Just add the sinks to the stretch selection set and make sure the window surrounds them. shows how to do a simpler method of the double lookup control and shows the technique necessary for making whatever arrays you like. I added one for the urinals. Following the same technique, you can add another appropriate chained linear parameters and array actions for whatever arrayed objects and spacing you like in the various views.
