dynamic block:Shorten while rotating

Hi all,

Is it possible to make such a block:

When dragging down the points in the red circle, the diagonal should rotate and shorten accordingly, and the line above the point should also stretch accordingly

Alternatively, when the angle changes, the diagonal rotates and shortens accordingly, and the line above the point also stretches accordingly

A picture would help.   Attaching a sample of the block you have and some examples of how it should look after the actions would really help.

Both is possible, but not at the same time.

Either you drag the point - then the angle will be a determined result. Or you choose any angle - then the position of the point is determined as the geometric result. You have the choice ... which of the both values has to drives the other.

It could be possible in full Autocad using constraints.

Use a vertical constraint on the vertical line. Make sure the two endpoints of the lines are constrained to each other.

On the diagonal line add an angular constraint. On the vertical line add a linear constraint.
