I've looked at many articles online, I've decided to simplify my block approach for the time being. Ultimately I would like the wheel to raise/lower linearly while the arm (selected lines) rotates.
I know the maximum and minimums for the wheel height and the arm angles, it would be great to link 2 dynamic constraints, but I do not see this option in my version of Autocad.
Ideally creating a linear move parameter for the wheel (keeping it from rotating) and somehow the linear move parameter could grab the rotate grip? the trick is, the radius of the rotate grip changes as the wheel moves up and down. I've also explored polar stretch options...
*Edit* I had this in the Autocad LT forum but it was moved, so thats the version I am using.
