Dynamic block properties won't show up in Data Extraction file

Hello all,
I have made a dynamic block that can be used for multiple types of devices in our industry. I'm trying to extract the data from this block in an excel file. All of the attributes are filled in correctly in the preview sample window for the data extraction box, but when I try to open the excel file, none of the data transfers. The excel file shows all of the existing attribute names without listing the attribute values.
