Dynamic block of Rectangle with slots - almost works

Greetings,

I have used AutoCad for years but just started using Dynamic blocks. I created a DIN Rail block which worked fine, then decided to try adding the slots as an array, which almost works. What I would like to do is shown in the Non-Dynamic block; "Din Rail Desired Display". The way it really works is shown in the uploaded block: "DIN_Rail_Arrayed".

So in short I would like to cut off any slot that would really be cut off when you saw / stretch the DIN Rail to the size desired. Maybe I am asking too much?
