Dynamic Block not obeying visibility or position for attributes with Fields

I looked at a solution that resulted from using ATTSYNC and tried that.  It did not fix my problem.

The following three pictures show the problem where the attribute changes its position when the block is placed.

This is how the block appears in the drawing with display option "Title NTS" selected.
Notice how near the title text is to the underline (which is an an actual line).

Notice how the title text is further away from the underline.

This is what is left in the drawing when the placed block is exploded.
Notice that the attribute position is now moved up matching the position of the block definition.

The following three pictures show the problem where attributes that should be hidden in this display state are not hidden.

This is how the block appears in the drawing with display option "Title Only NTS" selected.
Notice how bubble attributes remain displayed while the circle and line of the bubble are not displayed

The bubble attributes are on a unique layer as well.  How can these problems be fixed?

I did determine workarounds for these problems:

1)     I changed the justification from Bottom Center to Middle Center and the attribute no longer shifts down when the block is placed.

2)     I turned off the layer of the bubble attributes.  It may get more complex and require that these blocks be placed inside the individual Sheet View (viewport) they are associated with and then VPlayer Freeze them there if any of the View Labels in the drawing need the bubble and its attributes displayed.

Autodesk? Can you help with these problems?

Okay, I need Autodesk to take notice of this problem.

Changing the justification is a good workaround ONLY if I do not wrap the attribute/field value to a second line.  I frequently NEED to do that.

It is critical that the justification of the attribute/field in the block NOT shift from the location set in the block definition while maintaining the justification assigned to it when the block is inserted in the drawing.

The only workaround now is to use the Bottom Left or Bottom Center justification and move the attribute up enough to offset the shift down that occurs.

It is also very important that dynamic block contents defined as hidden in a Visibility State are actually hidden when that Visibility State is active.

The workaround of either Freezing or VPlayer Freezing the improperly displayed elements is time consuming and should NOT be necessary.

That did the trick for the visibility problem.  As you also mentioned in your PM, shifting the attribute up to offset the shift down is a reasonable workaround.
