Dynamic Block: Move + Polar Stretch Actions

Hi Forumers,

I was hoping someone could help with creating this block.

What I'm looking to do is be able to adjust the frame (two ends) and have the brace (cross in the middle) adjust accordingly.

I've got it to work as two separate blocks at the moment but I would like a single block with two grips. One to adjust frame size horizontally, and one to adjust vertically with the bracing adjusting accordingly.
