Dynamic Block Array. Make Dimension as a Function

Hi can anyone help me doing this dynamic block. I know it's pretty simple but I've been figuring this out for more than a month now on my spare time. Thanks to anyone that could help me

I wouldn't call this simple.  I believe you can solve it by creating your array using the ARRAY command instead of the dynamic parameter/action.  You can then control the array using constraints and formulae.  There are some past threads that show the technique.

I'm using AutoCAD LT and it has no parametric constraint. Is this still possible in AutoCAD LT? What is I create block in full AutoCAD, can I use it in AutoCAD LT?
