Dynamic Block, help with constraints

I have a block that I want to stretch in the X and Y direction but I cannot figure how to constrain the cross to remain in the centre of the block.

I have attached the block in a dwg file.

Can anybody help me?

There were some constraints on it that I couldn't see. So I exploded the block and deleted them and created a new one. It's the magenta block.

I guess I was over complicating the block with constraints.
