Dynamic block Attributes in certain Visibility states missing

Hello All-

I'm fairly new to dynamic blocks, so please forgive my ignorance. I've created a dynamic block, with attributes, with six different visibility states. (I've attached the block for reference.) I'm not sure if this can be done in the fashion I was trying to achieve, but I'm baffled by the outcome of what I have. Certain attributes will show up, not in sequence, while others have disappeared from the ATT editor all together. I do know that you have to select you attributes in order when creating the block to get the desired sequence. All of the attributes for the span of three different callouts, the others being the last line omitted, have different tag names. Any help would be much appreciated, as I am at a lose here. Thanks in advance!

Thanks,

Michael Luckett

You posted two DWG files and yet both do not have any block definitions in them at all.

My apologies. I sent the version that I "Wblock"-ed out. The following should give you an idea of what I'm struggling with.

Thanks,

The issue you are having is caused by the fact that you have multiple attributes with the same tag.  Each tag must be unique.  For example you have four attributes in the FOC 1 visibility state that all have the XXX tag (two are stacked on top of each other), 4 attributes in FOC 1 with the 1 tag, two with the 50' tag.

If you want to display the same information in more than one attribute, you can use fields.  ATTSYC to update the model space block insertions after any attribute changes.

I didn't realize the tag names had so much influence. Thank you so much!

Having a similar issue over here, but how are you using fields to correct it?
