Door Swing not scaling correctly

Parameters added to stretch and scale but the swing doesn't seem to stay attached when scaled.

Any idea why?

There are two reasons.  One is because the size of the parameter associated with the scale action includes the width of the frame on both sides.  Because the size of the frame does not scale, the proportion of the arc to the overall parameter length is not consistent.  The other reason is that the base location for the scale action is not anywhere that can make sense for scaling the arc.
