Custom properties to dynamic block elements

Hi All,

We have seen some of the custom properties is added to the dynamic block. Those properties are not come from attributes. Can anyone pls elaborate how to add them. I have attached the snip. Thanks

Without much more context, it's hard to guess. It's possible they are custom parameters, visible in the property window.
With full autocad you can open the parameter manager inside a block with the PARAMETERS command.
