Converting an existing block

Good afternoon.

I created several dynamic blocks and later I realized that they are not annotative as I did not check the option "Annotative" by the time I was creating them. Could someone please tell me how to convert a non-annotative block into an annotative one? I was trying changing the properties, but it does not display the "Yes" option on the Annotative field.

Yes, you can do it in properties.  First, open the block in block editor.  Then make sure that nothing is selected (esc).  Then open the properties palette and change annotative to yes.  If you are still having trouble after reading that explanation, then post the block file (2017 or older file type) so I can make a screencast.
