hello everyone,

I have been looking for an answer to solve a minor issue I have with dynamic block.

I have a dynamic block with 10 visibility state, how could I change the visibility with changing the layer as well in same time.

please advise if there's a way of fixing this issue.

see attached.

thank you in advance

You can't. HOWEVER if you place the block on layer 0, when you turn off the relevant #tag layer the block will "disappear"

@jtohill what need to be fixed is that when I choose the visibility state to a certain number same as my cad file

the layer will automatically change as well.

no need to change it manually.

hope I explained it well

is there a reason that the block needs to be on the same layer as the revision layer? What if the block was put on layer A-SYMB and you didn't have to worry about it having to be on the correct layer, it's symbol is on the correct layer and when that layer is turned off so is the symbol.
