changing the middle characters of a block name using wildcards

Ok, so I have to do this every few weeks, and I keeeeeeeeeeeep forgetting how, so I'm posting it here to preserve my future sanity.

To change PARTS of multiple block names with the RENAME command:

Old Name: R7?????15BF*

New Name: R7?????21BF*

You can use RRENAME (a freeware app) to perform advanced renaming using regular expressions. See:
