Change a point style in a dynamic block

I would really like to change the design of the point in a dynamic block if I have attached another action to it.

Example: I have an object where I have a point where I can move something with 1 of the 2 points and stretch something with the other point. They remain the same in design but there is another action behind it, can this be changed?

Those are grips.  They are associated with the point parameters within the block.  You cannot change the visual display of individual grips.  That said, you could adjust your block so that the origin is at that point and just delete the extra point/move unless it is intentional to have the dark blue base point grip offset from the linework like that.  You could also add whatever visual linework/objects you like to that point and have them on a non-plotting layer.  See attached.

Thanks for your reaction, In this case, the basepoint is somewhere else and cannot be fixed at this point. That is why i used a parameter. the tip of the linework i could use, thanks!
