I typically have a closed polyline around the outside of my project to measure the disturbed area of the project. I then take the area and put it into a Sheet Set Custom Property. I have various text fields across my plan referencing this area so that it can automatically update when I change the value in the Sheet Set Custom Properties. I have to update this number fairly often and want to know if there is some way to have the value in the Sheet Set Custom Properties automatically update so that the fields across my plan also update along with it. I basically want to put a field into a Sheet Set Custom Property, and then have more fields reference that Custom Property.
