Can I make a dynamic block with behavior similar to a multileader?

I am not familiar with dynamic blocks at all. I've created the attached block. Everything looks good, but I need the arrow to behave like a multileader. (I actually just have a multileader drawn in the block now). How would I go about finishing this block? Right now the arrow is just static.

Also, I need everything to remain annotative (as I believe it is now).

Attached are a couple options.  The top one is dynamic.  The bottom one IS a multileader with your block as the cutom block.

Oh, these are great. After I made my post I figured out that you can use a block in a multileader, but for one reason or another, yours turned out a bit cleaner than what I came up with. I prefer the multileader because it IS a multileader, but I do like how I can still edit the attributes in the block one through its properties. Do you know of an easy way to edit the attributes of the multileader one AFTER it's drawn? Or will I have to draw a new multileader any time I need to change the attribute values?

Also, it was very helpful to see how you made the dynamic block. I'll have to go find an in depth tutorial on dynamic blocks now.

Thanks!

If you double-click the multileader, it will pull up the attribute editor window.
