Box changes depending on text width

Hi,

I want to create a dynamic block made by a text within a box. The box should change its width whenever the text changes. How can I make this? Does anyone know?

2016 and beyond allows you to add a text frame to mtext.  If that is the only function you are looking for there is no need to make it a block.  There is not any dynamic parameter/action/constraint that will automatically adjust the size of linework based on text string length.

Thanks for the suggestion.  That's a nifty lisp.  I would note that it won't work for attribute definitions so it's of fairly limited use within blocks but certainly a solution if no other dynamic features are needed.
