Block with Attribute showing value as field

Hi everyone,

I have tried to find a solution for that, but I had no success so far. I'll try to explain the best I can.

I wanted my block to have an attribute that would display as text in multiple places of the block. The example I'm attaching has only one attribute and it is being displayed in two positions (preferably using Fields). But once I update the attribute value, it doesn't update on the block.

I've read a discussion that this is how AutoCAD works and it's impossible to do it. Would it be possible to be done or is there another alternative solution that I can use to display an attribute multiple times in the same block?

For a field to update in a block, it has to be in an attribute. Outside of an attribute it will not update.
