Block editor tab - Manage and Visibility panels blank

Hi all, 

I have an issue with the Block editor tab. I can see the Manage and Visibility panels but they're blank.

Any idea why or how I can solve it?

I have ACad 2020 but I've seen this issue on previous versions as well.

Without those panels it's not really possible to work with dynamic blocks.

I'd try changing workspaces and see if that reappears.  That sort of thing is sometimes caused by migrating settings from a prior version.
