Block Editor Display Anomaly #2

While I'm at it, here's another weird thing that is happening in Block Editor.

Linear Parameters with Increments usually show the increment marks near the parameter.

Mine are showing up way off to the side, in Block Editor (see attachment).

They are where they are supposed to be in the regular drawing environment.

This I can live with, just getting tired of zooming in to where I need to work.

Vanilla AutoCAD 2017, btw.

I have never seen it before. Can you post the block? Is this the only block is it happening in? Display drivers all up to date? It would be interesting to see if anyone else can duplicate it.
