Block attribute flip dimension

Hi, is there a way to make the number (I used dimension as I want to make it changeable when the block is streched) to be 'mirrored'?
I'm trying to use the flip parameter, but it seems the dimension doesn't flip along the axis as expected.

Hi,

Not sure how to flip the dimension itself, since it's always upright. 
Instead I added a field that displays the measurement of that dimension.
Downside is that the field will only update when you >regen or switch layouts/save/print/...

Fixed your rotate action since it didn't include the flip parameter.
Fixed your hatch since it wasnt associative and didnt stretch along.

Try this (see attached).  I edited the dim style so that the text is centered on the line, then turned off all the lines.
